I worked as a CRM Editor at ASOS for over 2 years, owning email copy across BAU, onboarding, lifestyle, promotional, and retention campaigns.
At Curve, I partnered with product and CX teams to identify churn drivers and redesigned the CRM onboarding journey to improve retention, as well as building upgrade flows that boosted subscription revenue.
